County Marshal

Rabun County Marshal's Office serves as the code enforcement officer by enforcing county ordinances and state laws. The Marshal's office issues all Beer, Wine, and Liquor Licenses and Hotel/Motel Public Accommodations Licenses within Rabun County. In addition, the office is responsible for Planning and Zoning and also oversees County Probation Officers.

Rabun County's probation officers collect probation fines and fees for Rabun County. The county probation office is located in the Rabun County Courthouse.
