The Real Estate department in the Clerks Office handles:

We do have Veteran Discharge records on file

Deeds - Warranty, Quit Claim, Gift, and Security Deeds, etc

Power of Attorneys

Liens

UCC'S

Plats

We also have a Deed room with all the Deed and Plat books available to look at.

The filing fee for real estate documents are:

Deeds: $25

Plats (must be efiled only) : $10

Liens: General Liens are $25, Tax Liens by a State or a Local Government agency are $5 for putting on and $7 for cancellation

Veteran Discharge  filing fee is Free of charge
