ELECTION DAY
Pursuant to O.C.G.A 21-2-501(a)(1) Election Day will be held on June 16, 2026, from 7:00am until 7:00pm, at the Elections office, 184 S Main Street Suite 102, Clayton GA 30525.
ADVANCED VOTING DATES/TIMES
Early voting for the June 16, 2026, runoff will take begin on June 8, 2026, through June 12, 2026, from 9:00am-6:00pm at the Elections office, 184 S Main street Suite 102, Clayton GA 30525. Pursuant to O.C.G.A 21-2-385(d)(1)(B) Advanced voting should commence as soon as possible prior to a runoff but no later than the second Monday immediately prior to such runoff.
NOTICE OF COMPUTATION & CANVASSING OF RETURNS
Pursuant to O.C.G.A. 21-2-492, notice is hereby given that the computation and canvassing of the returns will take place by the Election Supervisor in the Rabun County Elections and Registrations office, 184 S. Main St., Suite 102 Clayton, Ga at 7pm on 06/16/2026 until completed
Notice of Early Processing of Absentee Ballots
Pursuant to O.C.G.A 21-2-386 notice is hereby given that the early processing of absentee ballots will take place by the Election Supervisor in the Rabun County Elections and Registrations office, 184 S. Main St., Suite 102 Clayton, Ga at 9am on 06/12/2026

Early tabulation will begin at 5:30pm on 06/16/2026.
Notice of Audit
An Audit of the election will begin on 06/26/2026 at 184 South Main Street, Clayton, Georgia 30525 in the Rabun County Conference Center, Suite 135. This audit can be observed by the public from 9 AM until the audit is completed.
Notice of Recount
There will be a recount requested by Brandon Martin for Public Service Commissioner Post 3 on June 25, 2026, starting at 11:00am
Timeline for the 6/16/2026 election. 06/03/202- Logic and Accuracy testing to begin @ 9:00 am for the 06/16/2026 election
06/08/2026 - EARLY VOTING in person begins 06/08/2026 and ends 06/12/2026 The hours for EARLY VOTING are 9 AM-6 PM.
06/05/2026- Is the last day to accept absentee ballot applications.
06/16/2026 - Day of Election for the primary. 7AM to 7PM.
