Our Ballroom provides a generous space with a 25-foot ceiling, accentuated with beams and floor-to-ceiling columns. This room provides a 1300 square foot dance floor, a 600 square foot stage, and a 7000 square foot seating and dining area. Many different events are suitable for our ballroom, including weddings, receptions, concerts, trade shows, festival/art shows, banquets, black-tie balls, promos, theatrical performances, and more. Seating ranges from 500 theater style to 350 banquet style. The room can also accommodate smaller groups without losing an intimate environment. Wi-Fi is available at no additional cost.
Civic Center Ballroom
- Tables and chairs are available to rent upon request. (*non-profit/community events included in rental; set up available upon request)
- Separate alcohol fee based on number of guests.
- Must attain alcohol permit from City of Clayton if applicable to your event. $50.00 (*public events selling alcohol may have to be council approved*)
- “Special Event” permit must be attained from City of Clayton for public events. $25.00
- All rentals include one full stock of paper products/soaps/trash bags, etc.
- Concession area with commercial size ice machine, sink, microwave and 2 small refrigerators. Catered food allowed.
- Daily rental is 16 hours – 8am to midnight.
- Venue cleanup is renter's responsibility.
- Events with more than 100 guest and/or alcohol will require security officers at crosswalk and building. Security is $25 per hour; per officer. (Example 300+ people for 6 hours would be $600.00)
**Venue Hours: Everyone, including renter, must exit the venue no later than midnight (12:00am)**
$50.00 Booking Fee (non-refundable) is required to reserve; will be applied to total rental fee.

Event Daily Rental: $1,000.00
Refundable Damage Deposit: based on event, alcohol, number of people, etc. *Will be equal to or higher than rental rate amount with maximum being $3,000.00 per event.
Non-Resident Rate:
Event Daily Rental: $1,750.00

Non-Profit (501c3) (Non-Resident) Rate:
Event Daily Rental: $1,500.00

EXTRA ACCESS TO VENUE - NON EVENT DAY:

Our Retro 50's Diner has a special flare you will not find elsewhere. A unique setting for smaller events, this 1000 square foot room can seat up to 125 people. The Diner can be set for an informal setting, or you can rent our linens for a formal setting. A classic Wurlitzer Jukebox provides a wide variety of music selections. The Diner includes a fully functioning kitchen with an icemaker. And, of course, Wi-Fi is available at no additional charge. Friday or Saturday Rental; $300; Sunday-Thursday; $200; Refundable Damage Deposit; $500
