The Rock House, circa 1935, is a charming historical gem to downtown Clayton. Accommodating up to 50 people, it is the perfect venue for intimate gatherings, meetings, birthdays or showers. It has been newly renovated and has a fully furnished kitchen for your use. The Rock House yard is also a welcoming place for small festivals for art vendors, small concerts on summer evenings, etc.

- Tables and chairs included in rental.
- Full kitchen for your use.
- Extra tables and chairs are available to rent upon request.
- Separate alcohol fee if applicable.
- Must attain alcohol permit from City of Clayton if applicable to your event. $50.00 (*public events selling alcohol may have to be council approved*)
- “Special Event” permit must be attained from City of Clayton for public events. $25.00
- All rentals include one full stock of paper products/soaps/trash bags, etc.
**Venue Hours: Everyone, including renter, must exit the venue no later than midnight (12:00am)**
$50.00 Booking Fee (non-refundable) is required to reserve; will be applied to total rental fee.
